Are you curious about the benefits of “plant medicine” or “micro-dosing” but don’t exactly know what that means or how to learn more?
Are you interested in learning about natural approaches to relief from anxiety or depression? Would you like to feel more energy, mental clarity and creative inspiration? Would you like to avoid or reduce dependence on pharmaceutical medications?
This 6 week online course will provide a safe container for you to explore these possibilities through creating a conscious relationship with a plant ally and more importantly, learning simple techniques to access heightened states of awareness, connection and peace without the aid of any outside intervention or medicines.
The journey includes preparation, initiation, integration and personalized practices to improve your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

Simply put, a micro-dose is a sub-perceptible amount of something - in this case, an organic plant medicine. Typically, a micro-dose is equal to somewhere around 1/10 of a meso-dose (the amount one would take to have what we call a “breakthrough experience” or healing ceremony). The actual ideal micro-dose varies from person-to-person and plant-to-plant and is best determined with careful monitoring & support from an experienced guide. Once the best plant ally has been determined, a course of action and length of treatment + dosing schedule can be recommended.

A few known benefits of micro-dosing include: improved mental clarity, increased energy, relief from anxiety/depression, pain reduction, spiritual insights, deeper connection to nature, heightened creativity, and increased adaptability.
With so many benefits to micro-dosing plant medicine - if you’re considering working with a plant in a breakthrough/meso-dose setting - I highly recommend first becoming personally well-acquainted with the energies of the particular plant and how they effect you.

Many people think immediately of “magic mushrooms” when they hear “micro-dose”, but there are many other (very gentle) plant medicines available and your body can help inform you about the best ally to meet you where you are.
Mushrooms are quickly becoming decriminalized in states and cities across the country as their myriad health benefits come to light. (They are currently decriminalized in Ann Arbor and there’s a movement toward it happening in Jackson County).
With that in mind, this offering will provide a safe space for conversations, questions and supportive practices for those already exploring, or curious about the use of (any) plant medicine.
